Nylon film is naturally hydrophilic, has high mechanical strength, and has a unique flow rate advantage. Nylon membranes have a wide range of applications, including traditional sterilization and impurity removal, as well as adsorption of endotoxins and nucleic acid detection.
ZMFILTER offers a variety of nylon film options, including uncharged, positively charged, and negatively charged options.
The positively charged nylon membrane has been specially modified to evenly distribute positively charged groups on its surface. Its special electrical properties allow it to adsorb negatively charged groups in the fluid through electrostatic adsorption, such as endotoxin in water or drugs.
Similarly, negatively charged nylon membranes have uniformly distributed negatively charged groups on their surface, which can adsorb certain specific positively charged elements, such as nucleic acids.
