The filter membrane is made by applying polymer chemical materials and pore forming additives on the support layer after special treatment. In the application of membrane separation technology, microporous filtration membrane is a widely used membrane variety, which is simple and fast to use, and is widely used in scientific research, food testing, chemical engineering, nanotechnology, energy, environmental protection and other fields.
Common classification of filter membranes:
1. Mixed cellulose ester membrane, also known as mixed fiber membrane (WX) membrane. Made from nitrocellulose and cellulose acetate, suitable for aqueous solutions, acid resistant, alkali resistant, and organic solvents.
Main specifications: diameter 13mm-300mm, aperture 0.22u-5u.
Used for bacterial and particle filtration in industries such as pharmaceuticals, electronics, food, machinery, etc.
2. F membrane, also known as fluorinated membrane, is made of polyvinylidene fluoride resin, suitable for organic solvents and air filtration, with a diameter of 13mm-300mm and a pore size of 0.22u-1.2u.
Used for organic solvent removal of particles, improving reagent level, etc.
Filter membranes play an important role in our daily lives. Actually, the effect is relatively simple. The main function is to filter out some impurities. With it, our lives are cleaner, and its appearance has won the love and welcome of many of us.
